Ordering & Products

1. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in stylish mugs, coffee cups, and water bottles designed for everyday joy and gifting.

2. Are your mugs microwave-safe?

Yes, most of our ceramic mugs are microwave-safe unless otherwise stated in the product description.

3. Can I customize a mug or bottle?

At this time, we do not offer personalization. However, we’re working on it for future collections!

4. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we regularly restock popular items. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when your favorite is back.

5. How do I care for my cup or mug?

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the print and finish, though many are top-rack dishwasher safe.


Shipping & Delivery

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the USA typically takes 5–7 business days. For Europe, expect delivery within 10–15 business days.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on your location.

8. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also visit our Track Order page.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us at sipsparkleshinestore@gmail.com immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll help update it.

10. My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist further.


Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

12. Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the preferred item.

13. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

14. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

15. Do I need a receipt for returns?

Just include your order number when contacting us. No paper receipt is needed.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

17. Is your checkout secure?

Yes, we use encrypted payment gateways to keep your personal and financial data safe.

18. Can I apply multiple promo codes at once?

Only one discount code can be used per order.

19. Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on adding them soon!

20. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
